
Jumana (Gigi) Alkhatib
Jumana (Gigi) Alkhatib is a thriving, trilingual Arab American Attorney catering to all of Florida. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from the University of Florida and attained her Juris Doctorate from Florida A &M University College of Law. In addition, she graduated from American University Washington College of Law with a Masters of Law (LL.M) in Law and Government with a Concentration in Civil and Constitutional Rights, and specialization in Gender and the Law. She currently handles cases in Immigration, Family Law, Criminal Defense and various business matters.
She has successfully represented clients in matters ranging from criminal offenses (misdemeanor & Felony), divorce, child support, and immigration matters approved including: fiancé visas, Investor Visas, Adjustment of Status, VAWA, US Citizenship/Naturalization and family-based petitions to name a few. Ms. Alkhatib is also an Adjunct Criminal Justice Professor at both the Associate and Bachelors level for over five years at a private college. Attorney Alkhatib strongly believes in community outreach and serves as a Guardian Ad Litem with the Legal Aid Society of Orange County and is the Legal Advisor for the Domestic Violence Committee of Arab American Community Center of Florida.
She is also a Volunteer Board Member for Orange County Sheriff’s Office Arab American Committee. With over a decade of legal experience in both the public and private sectors, Ms. Alkhatib is compassionate and fights for the rights of all her clients.
